What is Body Wrapping?
The body wrap is an advanced technique that works on shrinking the adipose tissue of fat called cellulite that is found directly below the surface of the skin. Body Wrapping eliminates toxins and impurities that have built up in the body and helps to rid the body of cellulite. The Body Wrap process involves wrapping the body with cotton and elastic cloth (similar to ace bandages) that have been soaked and heated in a special detoxification formula. The wraps are applied tightly to areas needing treatment for cellulite and inch loss and loosely to areas where only skin tightening is desired.
How Long Does it Take?
You will need about 90 minutes per treatment. For the best results, you should plan to stay in the wraps for one hour. The additional time is spent wrapping and unwrapping.
How Many Wraps Will I Need?
For lasting results, a series of wraps is recommended. We recommend two or three wraps a week with at least one day in between sessions until you reach your desired result. This depends on the amount of cellulite that has formed and your body composition.
What Do I Wear?
The wrap is most effective when it comes in contact with the bare skin. We recommend that you wear a paper panty and bra that we provide or you can wear under garments or a bikini type bathing suit if you prefer. Be aware that these garments will get wet, be prepared with extra under clothes to wear home.
What are the Different Wraps & Treatments Available?

Recommendations :
- Do not shower before the wrap or for 6-8 hours after the wrap. Soaps, lotions and creams clog pores and will interfere with your results.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day to flush impurities and toxins from the body.
- Avoid alcoholic and carbonated beverages.
- Limit salt, sugar and caffeine intake.
- Reduce your consumption of animal fats (especially from red meat and dairy products).
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
- Exercise at least 3 days a week.
