Preparation:
Avoid eating or only eat lightly 2 hours before your colonic or massage.
Drink plenty of water before and after your appointment. Your weight divided by 2 is how many ounces of water you should drink every day, especially when cleansing and detoxifying the body through colonics, massage, cleanses or weight loss.

We are located on Lyons Avenue between Apple and Peachland. We are in the 4 story white and green glass professional building. We are directly downstairs from the Social Security Office.
From the 5 Freeway, Northbound:
Exit at Lyons Avenue, turn right
We are almost exactly 1 mile down Lyons on the right
Turn right into the 1st driveway after Avenida Rotella

Follow the driveway all the way around to the back of the building, up to the second level
We are in Suite 202
From San Fernando Road or Orchard Village Road:
Heading toward the 5 on Lyons Avenue
We are the 2nd left hand turn after Apple
The driveway leads up to the 2nd level

From the 5 Freeway, Southbound:
Exit at Lyons Avenue, turn left
We are about 1.5 miles down Lyons on the right
